My order has the wrong shipping address

If the destination address on the order needs to be changed, please let us know immediately.

If the order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address at no additional fee. Please make sure your order is on hold and contact us with the new address.

If the order has already shipped, Contact Us. We can submit a request to have the packages rerouted to the new address.

  • Parcel Order Through FedEx: We will contact FedEx to have new labels created and the packages rerouted to the new address. FedEx charges a $20 fee per package. We  will charge this payment to you when we put in the request. In the event that FedEx is unable to honor the request to make the reroute happen, we will fully refund the reroute charge.  

  • Palletized Freight Order: We will need to contact the carrier and get a reconsignment quote that may take a business day to complete. The charges for the address change will need to be paid and are dependent on the change being made. Please note: storage charges may accrue if the shipment is halted while this reconsignment is being resolved.
