What to do if your order arrives with damaged items
When you contact us about a damaged item, there are a few things we'll ask for:
- A photo of the entire item, showing the area where the damage is present
- If the item is a desktop, a photo of the other side of the desktop.
- A photo of the imperfection or damaged portion with an item nearby to show a sense of scale (a ruler or coin are great options!)
- Photos of the box the item arrived in (from multiple angles if possible)
Damage must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives with a damaged item, please contact us for support.
