My desktop arrived damaged, what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that your desktop arrived with some damage. Sometimes transit through the courier can be rougher than we'd like. We're here to help!
To get your resolution moving as quickly and smoothly as possible, please have the following items ready when you contact our Customer Service team:
- Take pictures of the damaged desktop showing the extent and scale of the damage (use a ruler or coin to show damage size)
- Take a picture of the top and the bottom of the desktop
- Take pictures of the box. Please ensure the photos show any damage to any sides or corners
- Be prepared to confirm the current shipping address
