My delivery arrived, but there are one or more damaged items. (Not the desktop)

We're sorry to hear that your order arrived with some damage. Sometimes transit through the courier can be rougher than we'd like.

To get your resolution moving as quickly and smoothly as possible, please have the following items ready when you contact our Customer Service team:

  • Take pictures of the damaged item(s) showing the extent and scale of the damage (use a ruler or coin to show damage size)
  • Take pictures of the box it arrived in showing any damaged sides/corners (if applicable)
  • Be prepared to confirm the current shipping address
