I Need to Change the Address on my Order

Address Changes and Reroute Fees

If the destination address on the order needs to be changed, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can easily change the address at no additional fee. If the order has already shipped, we can attempt to put in a request for an address change with the carrier. For a parcel shipment with FedEx, this is a simple matter. Once we have the new address, one of our representatives will contact FedEx Premier customer support and have them submit a request to the terminal to have the shipping labels reprinted with the new address. Please be advised that FedEx charges customers $20 per package when a reroute/relabel change is requested. UPLIFT Desk will charge this payment to you when we put in the request. We hold onto the fee while the request is in progress. In the event that FedEx is unable to honor the request to make the reroute happen, we will fully refund the reroute charge.  


For a palletized freight shipment, the process is somewhat more complicated. We will need to contact the carrier and get a reconsignment quote that may take a business day to complete. The charge for the address change will depend on the change being made, and further Storage Charges may accrue if the shipment is halted while this reconsignment is being resolved.
