I Cannot Find my Keypad

Keypads are typically packed inside of a black bag that can be found in the accessories box. Please make sure to completely empty the box and remove any internal packaging as the bag might be underneath other items or packed inside.

If you have thoroughly inspected all of your packaging and are unable to find the keypad, please contact us and our Customer Service team will be happy to investigate the situation.
